Q: Guruji you are always around so many people,

how do you balance your energies?

Sri Sri: They balance themselves!

I do not do anything that is not in my nature.

Just like the wind blows,

it does not tire because that is it’s nature.

能量本来就那么自然地存在。

你我他任何人身上自然流动着。

每天忙着防止他人的负能量。

还不如从来不觉得负能量存在过的防御力来的更高。

所谓的好坏正负，

都是我们贴上的标签。

分别的，在我们的心中。

Everything is just a thought

你只根据自己的想法，个人的思考模式，

就在心中建造了一个世界。

接着，你又建造了一个城堡：

构思着别人是怎样地看待你。

事实上，他们甚至可能并未想过你的任何事情。

在其他人的意识中，

你很可能并不存在，

因为他们只会为了自己担忧。

但是，你却在自己的心中构建了

一个有关别人是怎样看待你的大城堡。
